Magazines, how I would change them…
I would change magazines by having them censored more. I understand teen magazines are meant to appeal to the younger crowd, but some of the content needs to be more carefully gone through and analyzed before it's published. Children as well as adults are encouraged to read, but what the read needs to be entirely wholesome.
Newspapers, how I would change them…
I would change newspapers by having more articles written by younger writers like high school or college age. It's excellent to hear from professional writers, but sometimes teens listen more intently to their peers and their opinions. It would also be nice to have a "Dear Abby" especially for teens so they can receive helpful advice about life.
Facebook applications I love...
I don't really use facebook applications. I basically just comment on my friends statuses, upload pictures, send messages, chat, and become "fans" of funny things. I used to have an animal application, however which was really cute, but a total waste of time. You would feed the dog, play with it, and brush its fur.
My parents are on facebook…
My parents don't have a facebook, but if they did, I wouldn't mind, because I don't post anything bad anyway. My dad used to have a facebook, but he deleted it since he never had time for it. If my parents did have Facebook, it'd be weird if they were constantly commenting on my statuses, but since the don't, I have nothing to worry about.
How schools could use social media…
Schools could use social media to text google to ask questions. They could also text friends and family members questions like a survey to see what the majority of people think of a given subject. Social media can be used by making videos to put on the internet based on your class topic. Also, your class can create blogs about the subjects discussed that day and requiring each student to actively contribute to the conversation.
Technology that empowers me…
Cellphones empower me because they give me the freedom to go out and hang with my friends. Cellphones give me power by being able to make appointments on your own, schedule things, and call our friends to make plans. Parent's don't nag as much because they know that you have communication with you at all times and parents can easily get ahold of you at anytime, so they give you freedom to roam.
How I Use Facebook...
I use Facebook to send messages to friends that have gone away to college and to communicate with family out of state. I usually go on Facebook to use facebook chat. Sometimes if I have a homework question, I'll go online and chances are, someone will be online that knows the answer. I also go on Facebook and become "fans" of random things.
Google: The World's Greatest Search Engine of All Time
Google is more than the greatest search engine, it's fast and easy access to the web that's only a click away. Yahoo and Ask Jeeves aren't as popular as they used to be as Google has taken the cake for top search engine. Whether it's looking up pictures for a project or looking up definitions for english, Google is the best search engine that's at your fingertips ready to help you.
The Laptop: The Best Technology Gadget of All Time
The Laptop is the greatest technology gadget because you can listen to music on youtube, search information on youtube, change your status on facebook, or check your e-mail on aol.com all at the click of a mouse. Laptops, if used constructively are an excellent tool for researching information especially for school. Laptops makes the search for answers faster instead of struggling to find answers in a book. Laptops are better than bulky computers because laptops are small, portable, and can be used at school to take notes and keep projects on.
Cellphones: My Favorite Technology
Cellphones are by far my favorite technology because they're essential to everyday living. Communication is key, and I like being able to use my phone to direct connect with family members and to text my friends. Cellphones provide a means of safety as you can call 911 if you're at an emergency scene as well as telling your parents where you are at all times. Texting is a great way to get an important message within seconds.

iPod Touch: The Best of Music Devices
The iPod Touch is the best device used to listen to music because it has better apps, games, and better wifi for internet capability. The iPod Touch serves as great entertainment on the go with the ability to view movies, watch music videos, play games, and surf the internet. The iPod Touch is by far better than a little iPod shuffle or iPod because it can hold more songs and has more options.

Nikon Coolpix S300: The Best of Digital Cameras
Nikon Coolpix S300 cameras are compact and excellent for taking facebook profile pictures. Another great thing about these cameras are that they have about a dozen different settings for whatever type of picture you're about to take. You can use the automatic setting, or else there's a setting for portrait, landscape, sports, night portrait, party/indoor, beach/snow, sunset, dusk/dawn, night landscape, close-up, food, museum, fireworks show, copy, backlight, and panoramic view. This camera is by far the best because it has so many options and takes excellent quality videos. The Nikon Coolpix has a charger, so you don't have to bother with changing the batteries every second.
Youtube: The Best of Music on the Internet
Whether you need to listen to music while you diligently finish your homework or if you need to see the award winning Taylor Swift "You Belong With Me" official music video. Youtube is easy to use and it's a great way to listen to your favorite songs. Youtube is great if you're unsure of a song title because you can start typing some of the lyrics and you can find the exact song within seconds.

Facebook: A New Generation of Networking
I don't tweet, but I absolutely love Facebook and it's by far the best networking site as you can take it on the go to receive notifications on your phone, you can chat with anyone online, and keep in touch with friends and family members across the country. Unlike Myspace, Facebook has more privacy opportunities in which you control who sees your profile and if you get a friend request of someone you don't know, you can simply ignore them. Facebook is great because if you have a quick question, you can ask it in your status and you'll likely to get an answer from friends within seconds of posting it. Facebook is by far taken over the new era of networking.
